Community Member/Parent Survey
The PNRC Community Member Survey was developed to supplement archival measures of neighborhood characteristics. It was derived from extant literature and surveys concerning indices of neighborhood health and wellness. The PNRC Community Member Survey is designed to assess three levels of domains specified by the PNRC Research Model including distal and proximal influences and primary outcomes that can be assessed at the neighborhood level. The survey is also designed to supplement archival data, many of which will be difficult for neighborhoods to access and/or be outdated at the time they are accessed. The following material documents the scales and measures included in the PNRC Community Member Survey and any modifications made to individual items. We also provide the original sources of the scales and items.
